Personal service
Every customer has a sales representative allocated to them who will visit in person so you know exactly who is managing and overseeing your account. When calling us you will be answered directly by a member of the team. We do not respond to your valuable call with a method of a touch tone phone system or switchboard. Hall Fuels places an emphasis on quick decision making. There are no long management chains, and you have a prompt response to your enquiry no matter what it is. Orders can be placed by calling the office based team on 01784 248659, calling your sales representative direct on their mobile direct or by email.

Deliveries
We are now a trading division of Watson Petroleum and can therefore offer a nationwide delivery service through the more than 40 depots which form the group. You can expect to receive your fuel 48 hours from placing your order as standard. However, same or next day deliveries can be arranged upon request. In addition Hall Fuels are able to offer a comprehensive range of lubricants, both bulk and packaged, across the UK. All deliveries are made using a calibrated meter system. If you have any specific or last minute delivery requirements or instructions the office can call and liaise with the driver for you. Furthermore, should you require an estimated time of arrival you can call the office on 01784 248659. We will then either call and liaise with the driver direct or look on the satellite tracking system for you and work out the driver's location. In addition satellite tracking systems ensure the security of your delivery.

Help and advice can be given in relation to current legislation surrounding fuel storage, fuel deliveries and health and safety requirements.
